I am currently looking of a CUTTER for one of our prestigious aerospace interior clients based in Southend.

This will be a permanent position looking to start more or less immediately.

Rate: £26,000 per year

Purpose of the job:

For this position you will be working within the cutting department – Therefore you will be cutting leather, fabric and Velcro attachments as well as preparing cut parts for machining.

Key Duties:

– Cut parts into complete kits referencing drawings, templates and work instructions/samples

– Carry out re-works deemed necessary

For this role you will need experience of:

– Working within a manufacturing environment

– Cutting materials such as leather and fabrics

– Lay cutting fabric
