Matchday Catering / Hospitality Staff

We are currently recruiting for the following for our client, who is responsible for Match-day Hospitality at Oxford United FC:-

1 x Staffing Manager
Supervisors
Runners
Retail/Catering Assistants

Duties & Responsibilities:

To set up all catering areas ready for service
To clean and tidy all catering areas before during and after service as required
Cash Handling in adherence with Company Cash Management Policy
Deliver exceptional customer service
Be responsible for ensuring all kiosk areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
To upsell and promote products
To undertake any other reasonable task as requested by your Line Manager

Key attributes

Experience of working in a customer service environment
Punctual
Experience of cash handling
General Catering Experience
Smart, presentable and adhere to Company uniform guidelines
General Retail Assistants must have clear, concise written & spoken English language

All Must be 18
