Master Technician – West London

Our client, a leading service and repair/fast fit company are recruiting for Master Technicians based at 2 of their workshops in West London.

Job Role: To join the busy workshop team as a Master Technician, supervising staff and delegating work, acting as a point of knowledge and expertise to the department whilst carrying out motor vehicle servicing/repairs to approved standards

You’re Responsibilities:

*Carry out diagnosis and undertake a wide range of servicing and repair work on customer vehicles
*Ensures effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of customer vehicles
*Acts as a coach and point of reference for colleagues
*Set a standard of excellence for work carried out and customer service
*Completes repair and service records/ other appropriate activities the Manager requires
*Actively supports company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
*Analyses work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to

What we’re looking for:

*Previous experience as a Master Technician.
*Main Dealer Master Technician training advantageous
*Previous experience managing a busy team of qualified technicians
*A minimum of City and Guilds /NVQ Level 3
*Diagnostic experience essential
*A full and valid UK driving licence
*Committed to providing first class customer service
