Marketing Web Development & UX Executive – About The Role

Supporting the marketing team, the individual will work in a fast paced, varied role, optimising the client’s digital profile.

This is a unique role for someone looking to grow their marketing career, taking on exciting challenges and to develop their digital experience including ECommerce and CRM.

* Initial focus on optimisation of website.

* Monthly reporting of key insights and data for Senior Leadership Team.

* Data management expertise including the creation of user-friendly, compelling reports and dashboards.

* Using site data including Google Analytics to consistently improve and optimise the site design to deliver KPIs.

* Evolving site content daily to reflect news, new releases, priorities and offers.

* Working with developers to build future functionality of digital platforms.

* Working with data and colleagues to create a robust testing process for the user experience.

* Sharing of insights to inform decision making in other functions.

The successful Marketing Web Development & UX Executive will have:

The successful candidate will be data and digitally minded, a methodical individual with proven experience working within data analytics or within a data focussed marketing position.

* Solid Microsoft Office skills.

* Good understanding of both web and mobile platforms and have experience working with Shopify, Wix and WordPress.

* You will also have experience working with external agencies and working within insight in a B2C business.

* You will be able to analyse data and relay to non-technical stakeholders.

* A degree in a marketing-based subject would be desirable.

* The ideal candidate will be flexible and have experience working in agile environments, with the ability to work with a degree of autonomy.

* You will be calm and focused under pressure.

* Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.

* The role would suit someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

* Managing multiple priorities, and who is comfortable working across different teams and departments.
