Marketing Recruitment Officer

Salary: £16.8 – £18.6 per hour

At LTE Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Recruitment Officer to join the Marketing Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

As a Marketing & Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for the development and effective operational delivery of the marketing and student recruitment plans to meet targets in a set of curriculum areas.

Working closely with curriculum leads, the wider Marketing, Student Recruitment and heads of department, events management, and customer relationship management to deliver first-class marketing and student recruitment services for The Manchester College

The skills and experience required for this role include:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject
Experience in a marketing role with experience of delivering marketing and communication operational plans
Experience of recruitment marketing
Experience of managing internal/external client relationships
Experience of delivering marketing collateral to an exceptionally high standard
Successful experience of working with a range of media, new technologies, to raise sales performance and reputational performance
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present complex ideas
Outstanding project and time management skills
Keen eye for detail
Creative writing skills and flair for designAbout Us
