As a leading IT services provider, our client develops solutions for desktops, servers and mobile devices. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team.

This is a superb opportunity for a high calibre B2B marketing professional with proven international experience and great SalesForce skills looking to make a real impact on the growth and success of a global company.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and new opportunities across three of our client’s businesses and managing the performance of campaigns.

Overseeing all SalesForce activities throughout the EMEA region, you’ll create effective marketing programmes and email campaigns using Marketo. You’ll build drip campaigns, set up scoring for lead nurturing purposes and develop Marketo assets, including emails, landing pages, forms and smart lists.

Supporting the EMEA Marketing Team, you’ll provide regular reports and data extracts to enable them to track the progress of any opportunities generated by their activities. Additionally, you’ll provide SalesForce training and support to new users within EMEA.

Your other duties will include:

– Managing data views and reports
– Identifying appropriate data to purchase
– Undertaking data segmentation activities

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– Substantial B2B marketing experience
– International marketing experience, with a track record of supporting multiple countries
– Strong marketing analytics experience
– Experience with Marketo or similar systems
– Knowledge and experience of using SalesForce

Proactive and imaginative, as a Marketing Operations Specialist, you must have outstanding communication, organisation and time management skills with the desire and enthusiasm to make a positive impact.
