Marketing Manager – Well-Known Leisure Company

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for a growing leisure company in Bath. This is a brand new role within the company so it is a very exciting opportunity. The successful Marketing Manager could come from either an in-house or an agency background.

The Company

My client is one of the most well-known leisure companies in the South West. They are a growing company and have recently had a multi-million pound redevelopment of their grounds. The company has a friendly and talented team where everyone is passionate about what they do.

The Role

This is a highly varied role where no day will be the same. My client caters to many audiences so we are looking for someone who is not only a real plate spinner but also someone with a creative head on them. In many ways this is a traditional Marketing Manager role but also has elements of PR (public relations) so we are looking for someone with at least a strong understanding of that. This role will involve working closely with the sales team. This is a brand new role so it is an exciting time for someone to take the bull by the horns and really make a difference within an already established company.

The Experience We Need

– Can be from either an in-house or agency background
– Experience across a wide variety of marketing platforms
– At least a strong understanding of PR
– Organised and a strong attention to detail
– Energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic
– A real plate spinner
– Results driven
– A top notch communicator
