Our client is a leading force with the Crypto Mining arena and are making enormous leaps across technology. Established for over five years and growing rapidly we are now looking to develop the marketing function in house and want a talented Marketing Manager with an interest in the tech sector to lead the Marketing function. We need someone with a passion for Digital Marketing that enjoys being both Strategic and ‘hands on’. This role will have traditional offline elements too such as Events.

Main responsibilities as Marketing Manager

• Research and learn the industry and target markets
• Develop and implement a multi-channel strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness across both new business and existing clients
• Ensure the digital strategy is effective across all channels, SEO, PPC, Social and email marketing
• Able to analyse ROI, continually looking at analytics to determine improvements and successes, using a variety of analytics tools
• Delivering engaging content across a variety of mediums, ensuring the brand message is consistent
• Leading the marketing team and managing Marketing Executives and Videographer
• Organising and attending in house and external Events

Skills and Experience required as Marketing Manager

• Possess strategic experience as well as delivery – must be strong across Digital
• Knowledge of Web, SEO, PPC, Social, email marketing
• Have ideally worked for high growth businesses
• Ideally have an interest in the technology sector
• Be analytic as well as creative
• Able to analyse data effectively using a variety of analytics tools such as google analytics etc
• Have Marketing Management experience and be able to lead from the front
