Job Purpose
To support the Sales & Marketing Director by maximizing the company’s income through new and current marketing activities. The position is based at Head Office, but you may be expected to travel to sites nationally as required.
Responsibilities
*To provide the sales team with marketing resources and materials to drive business growth including site brochures, welcome packs and adverts
*To develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
*To create ideas and develop effective, integrated marketing campaigns, including print, electronic and direct mail outlets.
*To manage company social media profiles, in conjunction with the Web Manager
*To measure and report on the ROI of marketing and lead generation activities undertaken
*To coordinate all PR aspects of the business with the company supplier including opportunities for press coverage, new site launches and networking opportunities
*To research and create customer profiles to target marketing activities and create appropriate offers
*To create a marketing plan to increase the company’s meeting room and co-working income streams
*Maximize opportunities to promote the company brand and maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities
*To create and disseminate staff and customer newsletters
*To create copy for marketing campaigns and blogs as required
*Liaise with suppliers including brokers and print and design companies
The ideal candidate will have the following;
*A creative outlook, able to generate compelling and original content
*Experienced with brand building and public relations
*Able to be hands on
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Good analytical and problem solving skills
*Proven experience of traditional and digital marketing
*IT literate. Experience using design software would be advantageous
