About the role
It’s an exciting time to be working in the retail team at the RNLI, with a new strategy and the amazing opportunities that the bicentenary will bring there is a chance to make a real impact during this temporary cover.
The role of Marketing Executive within the retail E-Commerce team will see you supporting the Marketing activity for digital and social channels, seeking to optimising all aspects of the online experience and performance that will drive customer acquisition, conversion and sales.
The role is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic E-commerce and Digital professional, looking for a challenge, where you can really make a difference. Experience within this sector is essential (ideally with Shopify) along with a passion to drive data focused decisions and work as part of a dynamic and mission focused team.

About you
You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns, ideally with experience in e-commerce and social channels.
To be considered for the role as our new Marketing Executive you will need:
– Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, including experience in data briefs.
– To be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with other teams and multiple stakeholders across the organisation
– Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines
– To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
