Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Cannock. The mission for this role is to optimise the brand, market position and marketing efforts of the business in order to generate high volumes of high-quality leads to support the sales team in achieving the sales and profit growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to drive required growth in sales and profit.
• Optimise the company brand and market positioning.
• Lead generation.
• Manage all marketing collateral and resources including the company websites.
• Research and write long-form blogs and product articles that educate and challenge perceptions.
• Updating and maintaining the website ongoing.
• Assist with creative design of marketing collateral such as leaflets, emails, web content, adverts etc.
• Manage print and fulfilment when required.
• Maintain all social media channels.
• Manage web SEO to maximise quality traffic.
• We envisage that these key tasks above would account to approx. 75% of your time in this role.
• As a vital member of a small team the remaining time would include assisting with account management/client care, and working with the team on R&D projects developing exciting new products and launching them to market

• Strong written, verbal and communication skills
• Social media platform management
• Campaign management
• Reporting
• Creative skills
• Ideally you will have experience on HubSpot, Bloom Growth, ClickUp but not essential
• Social Media – LinkedIn, YouTube and Tiktok would be ideal

Benefits

• Hours- 7.30-16.30 or 8.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
  Salary- up to £28,000 basic plus Bonus. £32,000 (OTE)
