Marketing & CRM Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing & CRM Assistant

This Franchise Group are currently looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Marketing & CRM Assistant on a full-time basis. Working from head office in Eastbourne, representing automotive brands. Our client is an exciting, growing business, with a positive and enjoyable working culture, driven by an ambitious and enthusiastic management team.

With a job variety to stimulate, this is an ideal role for someone who would like to be truly energised by a new challenge, work within the motor industry and develop their own personal skills.

Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

* To provide additional support for the Marketing and CRM Team with activation of tactical campaigns and marketing initiatives, database control and customer communications

* To maintain the company website and social media platforms, being creative and generating engaging content for all areas of our business

* To provide reports and analysis of sales performance and marketing activity

An ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:

* Must be enthusiastic, with a positive outlook and have outstanding communication and organisational skills.

* Can take initiative, is self motivated and wants to get on in their career.

* Must have a good understanding and able to use Microsoft Office applications.

* Feel confident initiating a telephone conversation with customers.

* Have good social media and digital communications knowledge.

* Has good creative writing and literacy skills.

* Demonstrate passion to succeed and drive our business forward.

Working Hours37.50 hours per week between 08.00 – 20.00 Mon – Fri, occasional weekend working for seasonal events
