Marketing Coordinator – – 3 Month Contract – Hybrid

Salary: £33,600 per year

The ideal candidate will have some experience within marketing functions, such as digital marketing, branding, and communications. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and have an aptitude for working with on-line systems.

Job Description:

• Support the marketing team to update and maintain social media channels and the company website
• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including CRM/Marketing systems
• Support the marketing team in coordinating marketing plans and strategies and any supporting materials for execution.
• Communicate campaigns and promotions objectives, timelines, and deliverables and coordinate between Sales, Operations and Marketing teams
• Organise and distribute purchase order numbers to the finance department.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and loaded in the correct locations
• Work with a design agency to coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
• Ensure all sales folders are up to date with the latest material and send out any relevant and most up to date collateral.
• Support the marketing team with organising and setting up events and conferences
• Set up, monitor and report on webinars using GoToWebinar software

Person Specification:

• Ideally some existing experience in marketing, advertising, or communications or related subject area
• Previous experience of working as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role would be advantageous
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• An aptitude for working with on-line systems
