Marketing Communications Executive required for leading North West Recruitment Agency

Fircroft, one of the leading technical recruitment and services agencies in the world is looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to work with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop, produce and issue all forms of corporate communications. This will include the creation, copy writing and proofing of content and corporate collateral for marketing campaigns / projects both on and offline.
As the recruiter for this role, I’ve worked at Fircroft for over sixteen years and I’m one of many with long service awards at the business. The business is forward thinking with an inspirational and entrepreneurial CEO and is genuinely a great place to work.
We’ve recently appointed a new Group Head of Marketing and he is looking to grow his team to better serve the needs of the business as we look to continue a period of incredible growth and success.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive that has recent experience in a similar role, preferably within recruitment or engineering, and is looking for a new challenge. It’s a busy department and we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and can add quality, energy and creativity to the team.
The main duties of this role are:
Responsible for the development and editing and proofing of content for use across a range of marketing collateral.
Supporting the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing communication campaigns.
Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, letters, emails and websites.
Create and deliver press releases, leadership articles, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content and social media content.
Support in identifying, developing and executing communications strategy for key media / channel activity.
Research media coverage and industry trends.
Develop innovative & engaging articles.
Ensure that collateral issued by Fircroft is of the highest standard.
Liaison with design /creative agencies as required.
Creation, editing and production of digital video assets.
To be considered for the role, we need someone who has:
A mixture of business / marketing and design exposure either as part of a degree, sandwich placement or working background.
Personable, presentable and articulate.

Excellent time management.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritise workload.
High level understanding / use of MS Office.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop, Flash and Prezi.
Excellent copy-writing skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Trustworthy, reliable with the desire to make a long-term commitment.

Contract: Permanent, full time and based at our office in Birchwood, Warrington. Hours are 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday and salary is competitive – £28,800 – £33,600.
