We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant/ Website Administrator to support our teams in Battersea, London. We are a small to medium sized recruitment business with a Recruitment Agency and network of job boards making up our group offerings. Working in the leisure and hospitality industry, our clients are leading brands within restaurants, hotels, bars, health & fitness, travel and tourism and more. This job role is split in to two, supporting the entire business with the marketing function and supporting the online team and their clients in administrating the job boards.

Website Administrator
You will be responsible for uploading and administrating jobs on to the sites, with an element of account management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will build good relationships with the online team, (your internal client) and their clients. You will liaise with external clients in receiving their jobs and answering any queries they may have. The primary purpose of this function is to ensure the job boards are being effectively managed and updated. You will need attention to detail, good written English and the ability to work under pressure.
It would be advantageous to have a basic understanding of a CMS System, although training will be given.

Marketing Assistant
You will support the entire business in basic marketing tasks, including booking and organising trade events, ordering merchandise, booking advertising and putting together basic documents both for internal and external use.
It would be advantageous to have a basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop as you will be amending documents and writing tenders and proposals. There are templates to use so mainly it is a case of updating text and adding client logos.
You will also be responsible for producing monthly stats packs for the sites and any updates on marketing collateral, i.e. Rate cards and promotional material. You will be mindful of our branding guidelines and consistency.
