Marketing Executive

Job Location: Pensnett, West Midlands/Home working (Hybrid role)

As a marketing executive within this global business, you will embark on a career within a highly skilled team and contribute to developing integrated marketing communications to promote both products and services under the company’s brand. This a varied role encompassing most aspects of marketing and is a great opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing skills. You will support the marketing function and your day will be very varied including managing the company’s intranet, monitoring industry sectors and opportunities, schedule and deploy marketing materials and content, update social media and web content as well as help evaluate campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

You will also be likely to be involved in:

• Managing and developing the intranet
• Supporting role out of marketing campaigns
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Collating marketing invoices and supplier rebates
• Compiling and distributing performance and statistical information
• Proofreading creative copy and messaging
• Monitoring print material: distribution and stock levels
• Support the organising of events and product exhibitions
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Internal marketing and communications (Yammer champion)
• Supporting the Digital Marketing manager with social media
• Managing all company enquiries to relevant channels
• Supporting all general marketing administration for the team

To apply you will have: –

• Great people skills with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people
• Ideally some in-house marketing support experience, ideally 6 months experience or experience via a graduate internship
• A recent graduate in marketing
• The ability to contribute to content creation and communication with colleagues around the business
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ideally experience of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, along with web CMS systems (AEM preferred)
