Type of Contract: Fixed Term 6 Months

Salary: £26,000 – £28,200per year

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant for its Marketing Communications Department. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Role Purpose:

To support the Marketing Communications team with a rebrand project by providing resource to manage this change across the marketing estate (e.g. print, web and PDF). This role will supplement an existing team who will typically manage multiple work packages end to end. This will include planning and impact assessment, marking up of changes, managing production, quality control and business approval through to final delivery.

Where appropriate, the role is also expected to support business readiness in terms of internal and potentially external communications where marketing collateral has been updated.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

A Marketing qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Experience of delivering a corporate rebrand would be advantageous.
Familiar with managing content change across multiple channels desirable.
Capable of working within a regulated and process driven environment.
Proven organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective writing skills with good level of English.
Resourceful, flexible and responsive to situations and people.
Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
A self-starter comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
Proficient user of Adobe acrobat and Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Due to the high number of applications we are receiving at present, we are unable to respond to every application individually.
