Marketing Assistant

A truly superb opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join one of the fastest growing premier commercial businesses based in the North West.

We are seeking a highly committed and enthusiastic individual, with a passion to develop a marketing career, to support the Marketing Manager with projects on a daily basis. The role be based at the Bromborough office but will have the opportunity to travel to Manchester too with the Marketing Manager.

You will help develop the online and offline presence of the business, ensuring consistency of message and brand reputation via all communication channels.

Duties include:

* Daily administration and performance monitoring of social media
* Writing copy for website and uploading using WordPress
* Creating and sending emails
* Basic image editing for inclusion in literature
* Looking at online performance and identifying trends by producing reports.
* Developing a staff newsletter and other internal communications systems
* Attending events and networking with the Marketing Manager
* Liaising with design, print, pr and web agency

Requirements for the role:

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Highly organised
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Solid analytical skills
* Degree level candidate with some element of Marketing or marketing work experience is desirable.
* Excellent time management skills
* Able to work well as part of a team
