IMMEDIATE START: Temporary Marketing and Communications Exec

My Client, a highly respected and growing organisation looking for a graduate level Temp to Perm Marketing and Communication Executive to work in a busy, energetic and dynamic Marketing team until mid-December 2015. This is a highly desirable role, and my client is looking for a candidate with the energy, drive and passion to be succesful.

Responsibilites:

Assist the Marketing and Communications team to organise, deliver and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing particularly on online channels of communication, events and PR.

Work with the marketing team and other colleagues across the business to implement individual campaigns
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns
Undertake daily media monitoring
Evaluate competitor activity
Commission printed materials and online publications
Draft copy to be used in print and online
Ensure content on our digital platforms are relevant and up-to date – this includes reviewing copy, drafting new copy and checking accuracy of information prior to publishing
Assist with finance related tasks including raising purchase orders and ensuring invoices are paid on timeSkills and Experience:

Written and oral communication skills
IT literate (experience in HTML is Highly Desirable)
Ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people including senior managers, journalists and stakeholders
Proof-reading and editing skills
Creativity in approach
Knowledge and understanding of event management, direct marketing and email marketing campaigns
Understanding of social media platforms
Writing copy for web and for general promotional material
