Hours: Flexible, regular shifts
Our client, who are a leading company in market research, are currently seeking bright and energetic individuals to conduct market research at their office based in Loughborough.
Duties will include:
* Contacting customers to carry out both telephone and online Surveys
* Logging details from telephone calls onto the database
Successful candidates for the position will ideally possess the following:
* Great attention to detail with data entry
* Excellent telephone manner, confident and inquisitive
* Able to work in a target driven environment
* English language is essential and familiarity with Microsoft Office would be preferred.
Full training on systems will be given.
An immediate start is required and successful candidates will be required to work flexible, regular shifts during the survey period.
