Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

The Research Executive will manage and evolve market research projects, providing insight and value to key areas of the business. This will involve design, implementation and communication of research projects and the insights derived from these.
Key responsibilities for the Research Executive role will include the following
Work closely and take briefs from internal stakeholders, advising on appropriate methodologies and writing research briefs
Formulation of discussion guides / questionnaires and survey design
Liaison and management of external agencies and internal clients in respect of project work
Communicate research findings that deliver actionable recommendations and bring customers into the heart of business decision-making
The Research Executive will be responsible for presenting timely and accurate research findings and reporting to key internal stakeholders
Managing on-going projects including the online community and the businesss online experience tracker as well as undertaking ad-hoc research projects
Arrange and prepare events and activities to bring customers to life in the business
Building and maintaining solid relationships with key internal departments
The Research Executive will demonstrate the following key personal capabilities
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree
Market research experience, preferably client-side
Experience of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
A self starter with experience of running market research projects from briefing by clients to delivery of results
Experience of drawing on both market research and other information sources to deliver insights into the business
Ability to produce engaging presentations and reports
Experience of using online survey tools, would be desirable
Good knowledge of relevant IT applications such as Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint
