Market Analyst
My client based in Leatherhead is looking for a Market Analyst to join their team.
*To deliver timely updates to, and continuous improvement of, internal market research databases to enable straightforward extraction of data for use in market research projects.
*To provide appropriate assistance to freelance/external analysts in line with project requirements to meet data requirements and prevent project overruns.
*To expand SMI’s market research knowledge base.
Skills and experience required:
*Graduate calibre, preferably in economics or maths/statistics discipline
*A-Level maths and statistics
*2 years plus experience of primary and secondary market research
*High level of numeracy
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
Main duties and responsibilities:
*Maintain, update, expand and check my clients market databases
*Ensure statistics in reports are consistent and accurate
*Format and also help devise market research surveys
*Maintain and expand data sourced from/contact secondary information sources
*Extract appropriate data from databases for use in market research reports
*Report writing
