My client is a reputable aerospace manufacturing business who are currently looking to expand their team and take on board a Manual Grinder / Honer with previous experience working to tight tolerances.

Job Description

* Producing precision components for the aerospace industry using Manual Grinding and Honing Machines

* Fine finish components to meet drawing specifications

* Attending and contributing to team meetings to support the running of the cell

* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:

* Working experience on Manual grinding equipment/machinery

* To be able to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Use of self-inspection equipment (Verniers, Callipers, Micrometers)

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:

* Time Served Engineer

* Previous working experience within the Aerospace industry

* Knowledge and experience working with Grind Manual Lathes including Tschudin and Jones & Shipman
