Managing Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Salary: £26,000 per year

As part of our ongoing success and growth, we’re now looking for a Managing Recruitment Consultant who has previous experience working on Technology roles. You will preferably have five or more years of Recruitment experience with a consistent track record of billing in excess of £100,000. Previous Financial Services exposure is not essential, but you will need the recruitment experience to hit the ground running on live projects, and the professionalism and communication skills to maintain the above-and-beyond customer service and client care that Kind Consultancy is known for. This is an active interim desk with regular Technology roles coming in from Financial Services and Banking clients, so you need to have strong account management experience and the ability to bring on new clients using well-developed business development skills. The types of role you’ll be looking at will range from Developers and Cyber Security Analysts to Chief Information Officers and Global Cloud Strategy Officers, and everything in between.

In the long-term, we’ll look for you to build out your own small, dedicated Technology team, as this is an area where our clients are showing continually growing demand, so you need the gravitas and interpersonal skills to manage team members as well as collaborating with colleagues. You will be overseeing and coaching 2-3 Technology recruiters, sharing with them the knowledge and skills you’ve already built in your Recruitment career, enabling them to provide the same consistently high quality of service to Clients and Candidates. As their skills develop you will strategise alongside them, agreeing on Business Development approaches and dividing target clients to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the whole team.

Our head office is in the West Midlands but we have members of the team working remotely and flexibly, and our client base includes organisations all over the world.
