Managing Director – After Builders Cleaning

Salary: £96,000 – £144,000 per year

Ideally we are looking for somebody who has a strong background in the construction industry, having worked their way up in their career for tier 1 UK contractors in positions such as Commercial Director, Operations Director, Managing Director, etc. Alternatively, we would be happy to speak to candidates who work at director level for other Builders cleaning companies but please note that if this is the case, the candidate must have worked for a cleaning company that specifically focuses on After Builders cleaning – not any other types of cleaning.

• CSCS card – ideally black card or similar, SMSTS, H & S qualifications would be good too and ideally a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject such as Construction management, surveying, Construction law, etc 

 Willing to commute to EN9 and to visit clients and potential clients primarily in a 100 mile radius of London but also nationally for larger projects as required
