Job Description
Do you have a nurse pin? Are you an experienced manager? Are you looking for a new challenge?
Isabel at Amber Mace is looking for an experienced nurse manager to work in a lovely medium sized home with a good CQC rating. There is a great salary and competitive benefits being offered within a supportive organisation.

• Active NMC nursing pin
• Experience in managing a home
• Confident and knowledgeable
• Overtime Bonus
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Daily Tasks
• Overall management of the home
• Implement all care and business strategies
• Oversee the delivery of person centred care and all safeguarding issues
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors
• Take an active role in marketing the home and developing links with local authorities and other outside organisations
• Undertake clinical duties such as knowledge of equipment, giving medication and to monitor, liase and respond to the needs of service users
