Salary: £90,000 – £108,000 per year
My Consulting Client is looking for Senior-level Change Consultants with a strong background in delivering Change.
They are an exciting organisation, making a concerted effort to differentiate themselves from most other Consulting firms – the biggest part of this being the removal of internal responsibilities from their employees, allowing them to focus 100% of their time on delivery.
Working with C-Suite/Board level stakeholders, the role requires strong Stakeholder Management capabilities coupled with a track record in delivering Change in complex environments.
As an organisation they cover digital transformation, regulatory change, business separation, IT transformation, cost reduction and shared service transformation so exposure to these areas would be advantageous.
Previous experience as a Management Consultant is preferred.
Flexibility to travel UK-wide is essential.
