Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
Working for a reputable company, whom have a reputation for quality and customer service within the construction industry. Based in Milton Keynes mainly, however you will be expected to travel within surrounding areas (vehicle is supplied).
Proven trade experience, ideally within the construction industry. A background within maintenance/house builds is essential, undertaking planned and reactive remedial work with respect to all trades, carpentry, painting and dry lining etc.
Customer service skills is paramount, regular liaison with the customer service team to ensure they are kept fully up to date on all work carried out. The ability to carry out work confidently with the up most quality at all times. Remaining calm and collected when dealing with difficult situations, so a high level of personal integrity and respect for others is essential.
Honest and trustworthy, be aware and observe any opportunity to reduce costs and improve standards. A team player and the ability to assist other team members when required.
