We are looking for a hotel maintenance manager to ensure that the hotel is functioning safely for guests and team members.
This role will be based at the hotel and will be reporting to our Resident Manager Laura Jamieson.
Shift pattern: 9am to 5:30pm *shift times may vary depending on the maintenance needs of the hotel
As a Maintenance Manager you will manage any contractors that might be needed on site and maintain a relationship with them. You will be responsible for planning and seeing through any renovation or repair jobs that might arise throughout the property. As a Maintenance Manager you must be organised, pro-active and familiar with plumbing, electrical and general maintenance jobs.

100 Princes Street will be our first hotel in Scotland.
The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh’s most famous street. With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, 100 Princes Street will replicate the boutique atmosphere of its sister property, Hotel 41, the most-loved hotel in London and TripAdvisor’s number one hotel in the English capital for over 10 years.
Led by the design team behind the iconic Ashford Castle in Ireland – Toni Tollman, Philippe Bonino and Brian Brennan – this restoration will look to protect and retain the original heart and soul of 100 Princes Street. Inspired by Alexander McQueen, the design team sought to create a sense of place, working with local artisans to create bespoke pieces. These custom-made design features include tartan designed by Araminta Campbell and a central staircase which features a hand-painted mural by Croxford & Saunders, honouring the adventures of several great Scottish explorers.
