Maintenance Manager

I’m currently looking to recruit a maintenance manager with an electrical bias to lead a team of skilled operatives on a prestige contract.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will take the lead responsibility for creating and undertaking the planning, strategy and the delivery of annual planned maintenance. Leading a team of skilled engineers the successful applicant will plan and co-ordinate tasks. To ensure that all tasks are met within contractual obligation.

Tasks involved:

* Responsible for the management of the onsite stores solution, control measures and stock levels/ ordering.
* To check all sub contractors’ claims, invoices and certification as necessary either manually or computerised.
* Responsible for maintaining all health and safety records, risk assessments and ensuring safe methods of working practice are met.
* Provide support for small and capital project works through technical support, preparing quotations and ensuring delivery to time scale and client satisfaction.

The Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly then develop long-term relationships with the potential to generate high quality business opportunities.
* Electrical qualifications C&G or above.
* Experience in a similar role in a hospital/ pharmaceutical environment essential.
