Maintenance Engineer (Nights)

Salary: £46,800 – £48,000 per year

Maintenance Engineer job with our client who are a leading food producer based in Cookstown

Working on Night Shift this role comes with 20% shift allowance bringing your earnings to £39-40k range

Night shift hours 9.45pm – 5.45am Monday to Friday

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Engineer, ideally with some experience in the food industry however this isn’t essential.

The Role

• Complete PM schedules efficiently and ensure machines are maintained to a high standard
• Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems across the production plant
• Diagnose and correct faults effectively
• Liaise with Engineering Manager and wider team on any issues, breakdowns and progress
• Work line with company policy and good health & safety practice

What we are looking for

• Qualified to Level 3 or above Engineering/ Mechanical discipline
• Relevant maintenance experience in a similar fast paced production setting
• Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Can prioritise tasks and work to a high standard
