Maintenance Electrician

As a result of continued growth my client is now looking to recruit an experienced and qualified maintenance electrician to look after planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance onsite in Bridgnorth.

This position is working permanent nights from 6pm- 6am on a 4 on 4 off basis.

The ideal individual will have the following knowledge and skills

• Ability to perform fault finding tasks on Programme Logic Control via programming tool.
• Knowledge of AC and DC motors
• A General knowledge of AC Drive technology / DC Drive technology
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
• The ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.

Good communication is vital in this role as you will be reporting to the leading technician, managers, operators, mechanical craftsmen and fellow electricians to explain and discuss problems and report on actions taken.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast-paced, electrical/mechanical maintenance environment. You will need to possess excellent organisational skills along with the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a permanent position working 6pm-6am on night shifts offering an attractive salary and benefits package.
