Maintenance Electrician / Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer required to work on a School in Coventry
Are you an Maintenance Electrician or Electrically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new role based in the Coventry area.
We are currently working with one of the UKs leading Facilities Management and Maintenance companies to recruit for a Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities to a key contract in Coventry.
As Maintenance Electrician / Multi Skilled Maintenance engineer you will also cover 1 other site in Newark a couple of days each month so a company van will be provided with personal usage allowed.
The successful applicant would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks, as well as other duties around site.
The applicant is expected to be Electrically biased and have a strong multi-skilled background within the Building Services industry.
Job Description/Duties:
- Electrical PPM’s and Reactive maintenance
- Building Services tasks
- Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Emergency light testing
- Changing lamps
- AHUs PPMs
- Basic plumbing
- Fire alarm testing
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- C&G Level 2 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2
- 18th edition – desirable
