Job Description
The vacancy
As a Maintenance Technician at DN Colleges Group, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and cyclical maintenance provision across all Estate sites. You will handle a range of tasks encompassing Mechanical and Electrical services, plumbing, cooling, and heating installations.
You will be responsible for executing various maintenance duties, including statutory, planned preventative, and reactive tasks, interpreting instructions, drawings, and specifications as required. Plan, conduct, and report inspections for pre-installations and defect identification, reporting to the appropriate manager promptly.
If you possess a recognized Electrical qualification and hands-on experience in maintenance tasks while being adaptable to diverse responsibilities, we invite you to apply for this position and contribute to maintaining our Estate sites to the highest standards.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
