Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: £33,600 – £39,600 per year

Manpower is recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator with our client who are a leading manufacturer in packaging products.

This position is off the tools office based however we do need technical experience as a maintenance engineer along with experience in planning and organising PM / maintenance activities.

Appealing working hours Mon to Thurs 8-5 and Fri 8-2

Salary package depends on experience but will be competitive in line with level of role

The Role

Develop & deliver daily Maintenance Plans for all engineering maintenance in the plant
Continuously review maintenance plans to efficiently use resources efficiently
Co-ordinate maintenance activities providing a schedule & timeline for planned work
closely with maintenance team and reporting to Maintenance Manager
Liaise with production and logistics teams to coordinate & plan downtime
Prepare and deliver yearly downtime plan to allow for budget planning

What we are looking for

Qualified to HNC or HND level in engineering (electrical/ mechanical)
Maintenance experience gained in high volume production environment
Experience planning & co-ordinating maintenance schedules/ PM’s
Strong technical knowledge
Good planning, strategic and organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal ability, can work well with other departments
IT Literate
