Urgent requirement for a Mail room operative for a monthly rolling contract to be based from my clients offices in Central London.

You will be required to assist the Central Mail staff in providing a full Mail service to my client and contribute to the achievement of the agreed Service Levels.

The role will involve the following:

Helping sort, scan and deliver post across the building
Deliver parcels and stationery around the building
Use Mail Room equipment including letter opener, letter inserters and franking machines within agreed procedures
Process registered and recorded items
Use excel to record and track post items
Use hand held scanner to record the delivery of parcels

Experience of working in a Mail Room is essential as is using Mail Room equipment
