Machine Operator Setter CNC

6 x CNC Machinist Setter Operator 4 on 4 off Days OR Nights available
Salary £34,800 – £38,400 + 2 x Bonus + Pension (different jobs have slightly different salaries)

A large Rugby based engineering company require 6 x CNC Machinist

The company is excellent to work for having a clear air conditioned subsidised canteen (with computers) – good holidays – very clean and tidy – very health and safety conscious – with a steady and secure future.

The salary is excellent and they have 2 PRP bonuses on top. And a pension etc

Candidates need to be able to set and operate CNC machines and work on a 4 on 4 off shift that is just Day Shift OR just Night Shift (you can state what shift you want).

People with Thread Rolling, Broaching, CNC Grinding, Fillet Roll, Grooving, Heading etc are particularly sort after – but this experience is not essential. The job is also suitable for people who have done CNC Turning and CNC Milling. Experience of fast moving automated machines are also sort after but you will need to have set the machine as well as load it.

Candidates need to be quite fit as there is Machine loading required.

Also good maths is required! You need to be able to convert metric to imerial measurments and do percentages etc.

Candidates living within a 1 hours’ drive of Rugby will be considered in the first instance.

You will need to be able to set and operate machines.

Also candidates living with a steady work history within an engineering environment are sort afte. This is a top job and the company look after their staff – they want the person to stay at the company.

These are permanent positions from Day 1

You will need to have at least 3 years hands machine setting and operating experience within a factory environment to be put forward.
