Salary: £13.8 per hour
Machine Operator
2PM – 10.30PM SHIFT (MON – FRI)
A leading packaging company who specialise within corrugated and cardboard, are now looking for an experienced casemaker to join their growing team due to recent expansion!
Responsibilities:
* Setting machinery to run the job to the correct quantity and specifications.
* Resolve basic running issues with the machinery if they arise and / or carry out basic maintenance or tasks on the machine.
* Make sure high standards of product quality are maintained at all times by carrying out quality control checks in accordance with Company procedures.
* Actively promote increases in machine efficiency to achieve budgeted targets of production uptime, speed and machine waste.
* Ensure a rapid response to machine failures and breakdowns.
* Maintain safe and tidy working environment.
Below would be very advantageous:
* Previous experience running a casemaker
* Knowledge of the packaging industry
* Previous experience of running an automated line.
* Excellent communicator
* Able to take on training when needed
£13.8 P/H + daily shift bonus
