Machine Operative

Salary: £13.94 per hour

We are currently seeking Machine Operatives to join our client’s team in Westbury.

Must have previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment be reliable hardworking and punctual.

As a Machine operative your duties will include

• Achieving daily production requirements
• Optimising efficiency and maintaining operational standards.
• Working to production targets and key performance indicators
• Good knowledge of process and product quality standards and documentation,
• Good eye for detail.
• Completing and checking relevant documentation
• Competent in operating equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Full training will be provided

Full-time Position – 37.5 hours per week

Rotating shift pattern with early finishing on Fridays

Week 1 – Monday – Thursday 06:00 to 14:00, Friday 06:00 to 11.30

Week 2 – Monday – Thursday 14:00 to 22:00 Friday 11.30 to 17:00

Week 3 – Monday – Thursday 22:00 to 06:00, Friday 17:00 to 22:30

Starting rate of pay £13.94per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available

Must have access to transport:

Experience:

• Factory/Production: 1 year (preferred)
• Factory Machinery Skills: 1 year (preferred)
