Mac Service Desk Engineer
ACM Resourcing have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join an MSP in London.
You will have an opportunity to develop your skills and experience working directly with clients, while working alongside other like-minded technology experts where you will find support.
Our client specialises in providing IT support to creative, educational, and corporate environments which have large Mac environments. We need someone that has a range of technical ability, excellent trouble shooting and customer service skills, as well as being proactive and able to think on their feet.
The role will involve managing and supporting clients’ sites and will include 1st, 2nd Line and some client meetings.
Experience:
* Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience
* Microsoft Server 2008 – 2016
* Exchange / AD Management / 0365
* Windows 7, 8, 10
* Networking – Switches & Routers (Cisco / HP / Netgear)
* Firewalls (SonicWALL / WatchGuard)
* Microsoft Office Suite
* VMWare
* Backup Technologies
* Laptop/desktop and thin client support
Essential Qualities:

* Strong communication skills both written and oral
* Professional and positive manner
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
