M&A Corporate Finance Manager / Director

Salary: £180 per hour

Our client is a prestigious corporate finance boutique based in the City of London and they specialise in providing owner managed and family-owned companies with enterprise values up to £150m with guidance on selling their business, raising capital and M&A work. They are now looking to recruit a bright and ambitious Corporate Finance Manager / Director. This role is primarily office based but there is the option of hybrid home/office working.

This is a highly varied role where you will get invovled in all aspects of transaction management from overseeing the production of top-quality winning pitches, setting and driving the deal timetable, negotiating heads of terms and completing transactions as well as building relationships with deal sources including private equity firms, lenders, lawyers and accountants and managing and developing a small team.

You will be joining a handpicked team of senior advisors and transaction professionals, many of whom cut their teeth at larger investment banks, Big 4 consultancies and in industry and this role will offer you clear scope for progression and development as well as a generous bonus package to attract the very best people in the industry.
