Luxury Travel Specialist – Se Asia / Oz / NZ

We are looking for proven experienced Luxury Sales Specialists with a passion to sell bespoke and experiential holidays, primarily in the Far East, Australia and New Zealand region, although you will frequently deal with worldwide clients as well.

Our client is a well established, high end and dynamic tour operator who offers various holiday types for the discerning traveller.

This exciting bespoke travel role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this including:
• Designing elite tailormade travel throughout South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand for travellers
• Using your travel knowledge to provide advice and recommendations
• Offer the highest levels of customer service and be prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ throughout the sales and after-sales processes
• Confidently interact with clients by email, phone and occasionally face-to-face to build loyal relationships and repeat business
• Offering high quality products along with ancillary products as appropriate to enhance clients’ journeys

To be the cut above the rest you must:

• Have excellent destination knowledge, either gained through living or working in the Far East/Australasia, or through extensively travelling and selling the region.
• Proven track record in sales, gained in a luxury or tailor made travel company
• Have high touch customer relationship skills needed to close sales and delight clients.
• CRS / GDS experience, such as Galileo, Worldspan, Sabre or Amadeus
• Passion and enthusiasm for travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, actively listening to and fulfilling clients’ needs.
• Attention to detail.
• Confident with clients and able to build trust and loyalty
