Luxury Travel Lifestyle Manager

We are looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join a fast-growing travel team. If you have strong experience of selling luxury travel to high net-worth customers with first class customer service skills we want to hear from you!

will be a travel specialist fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of private members, including
luxury journeys and complex flight inclusive itineraries covering worldwide destinations. Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, skillful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue and repeat usage of Ten for travel and other jobs throughout the business.

Requirements:
*Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets
*A background in creating luxury tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations for demanding customers.
*An experienced user of a flight GDS system such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Worldspan
*A passion for delivering high quality personalised support and excellent research skills
*Good initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of customers
*A self starter with impressive organisational and time management skills, someone who is flexible, practical, thrives on attention to detail, is process driven, possesses excellent problem solving abilities and can deal with unexpected challenges, resolving them as they arise.
*People who are experienced in handling senior executives, VIPs, suppliers, clients with in-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals
*A clear communicator who can establish a rapport with customers to anticipate their needs and find solutions for their requests
