17565 – Locum Hygienist
We are currently seeking a locum Hygienist to work in a busy practice near Snodland – Kent
This position is available to cover Saturday 24th May 2014
Pay: £36 /hour
Appointments: 30 minutes
No Nurse
Need R4 experience
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Lab fees are normally a 50/50 Split.
As a provider of high quality locum Hygienists our registration process requires all locum dentists to provide:
* GDC registration certificate
* Passport and Visa (if applicable)
* Hep B immunity status
* CRB completed with the last 3 years
* Indemnity Insurance
* 2 years (no gaps) clinical references
* Unconditional Performer Number and PCT where held
In addition we will also need
* Date when you can start
* Duration available
* Dates available for interview
