Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join the team at our Honda Dealership in Northampton.
You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Flexibility on working hours is available between the business hours of 8.30am to 6pm, as well as the option to work Saturdays between 9am to 5pm in exchange for a day off in the week. An impressive basic salary of £25,000, with on target earnings of up to £28,200.
As a Honda Customer Retention Advisor you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting Honda’s service, offering customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements
Role and Responsibilities
Outbound aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
Follow up calls to remind customers of required work previously identified
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
Improve and drive lead conversions
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Adhering to brand standards
About you
- Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. However, ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience
- Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
