Overview
The Treasury & Payments Manager will support the Senior Financial Reporting Manager – EMEA with Treasury related matters. You will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with Link Group’s Treasury Policy, performance of cash flow reporting and forecasts, ensuring that all bank accounts are correctly funded to enable the processing of payments, administration of banking platforms, payment gateways and any other ad-hoc treasury tasks that are required.
The role is based on a hybrid basis from our city centre office in Leeds, however we will consider applications from candidates within a commutable distance of our Gresham Street office in London, again to work on a hybrid basis.

What you’ll be doing:
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies in relation to corporate cash balances, whilst seeking a reasonable rate of return on deposits held
• Forecasting and analysis of cash-flow, including updating the Treasury workbench for daily banking transactions
• Monitoring intra-day cash positions in our internal Treasury system and banking systems, performing FX conversions where appropriate and repatriation of cash
• Working closely with the Accounts Payable team to provide support and cover for executing supplier payment runs and ad-hoc manually executed payments
• Producing regular MI (Management Information) for stakeholder groups and assisting with Treasury related queries
• Administering inter-company loan arrangements between entities and calculating monthly intercompany loan interest
• Banking mandate administration, including opening and closing bank accounts and ensuring signatories are updated
• Managing and liaising the offshore Treasury team of 2

What we’re looking for:
• A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a Treasury/Finance role, with exposure to Treasury Management
• Knowledge and understanding of multi-denomination banking systems, payment processes and banking arrangements
• Exceptional Excel skills with strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages
• The ability to adapt to change, working proactively as part of a team to identify opportunities to improve processes
• An extremely high attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment, self-organisation and the ability and willingness to work flexibly when required to meet strict business deadlines
• The ability to manage and prioritise your workload, completing tasks to the highest standards
• Collaboration, with the ability to look at the wider team goals and objectives and support when are where required
