Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join the team in Corporate Markets.  Our Relationship Managers are a dedicated team who provide a single point of contact for each of the client companies, in addition to the benefit of both share registration and share plans.
The Assistant Relationship Manager will assist the Relationship Manager in their role as principal point of contact between Link Group and the client’s secretariat department, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service.  Whilst this is a demanding role, it is an extremely rewarding position with the potential of advancement for the right candidate.
The Assistant Relationship Manager can be based full time or on a hybrid basis at either our Gresham Street office in London, or our City Centre office in Leeds.  You will need to be within a commutable distance of one of these locations.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Developing and maintaining great business relationships with clients
•    Dealing with enquiries from clients and their associated advisors, such as lawyers, brokers and auditors
•    Supporting, planning and managing key business and client initiatives and post implementation analysis
•    Attending company meetings (AGM’s/EGM’s/Court/Review Meetings), in addition to assisting at the meetings when required
•    Agreeing and preparing timetables and advising departments of forthcoming corporate events
•    Providing guidance as required on registration, share plans and industry matters, in addition to keeping up to date on any respective change
•    Preparing information for financial reporting requests, ensuring the accurate maintenance of client records on SalesForce and accurate and timely management of invoicing and payments
•    Assisting with the launch, ongoing events and maturity events on share plans
•    Analysing clients and identifying selling opportunities, cost saving efficiencies and cross-divisional opportunities

What we’re looking for:
•    A customer focused attitude with experience in a client/customer facing/service role and good commercial awareness to understand client requirements
•    The ability to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines whilst remaining flexible in your approach
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to always remain diplomatic and tactful
•    Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of internal and external customers and clients
•    Great analytical skills with the ability to review a client portfolio and see sale opportunities to grow revenue
•    Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the confidence to handle client enquiries, including complaints, in a professional manner
•    Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Great attention to detail with a conscientious, thorough and accurate approach to work and the ability to take a task, own it and see it through to completion
•    A professional and friendly manner
