MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Lifts Project Manager to manage a service within a public sector body in London on an interim contract.
Title: Lifts Project Manager
Contract: Interim
Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours per week
Rate: £32.89 per hour ltd (Outside IR35) neg.
Office: North London
Responsible delivery and operational support for lifts servicing and inspection programme in absence of Contract Manager for a social housing body. Remote working with site visits. Attendance to office required once a month.
Key Duties:
* Run the day to day operations with contractors whilst our Lift Contracts Manager oversees a strategic project.
* Focus the operational servicing and remedials programme
* Co-aligned with the LOLER inspection programme.
* Work with the business support team (Administration)
* Clear understanding of lift service within social housing
* Regime of service and compliance in respect of Lifts.
* Managing services delivered through contractors
