LGV (C+E) HGV Driver

The Malcolm Group have an exciting opportunity for a LGV (C+E) HGV Driver to join their team based at their Crick Depot, Northamptonshire. They are offering a hourly wage of £26,000 per year plus premium rates for overtime

The Malcolm Group is a privately owned and highly successful logistics, construction and maintenance business employing nearly 2000 people across the UK. Our logistics division operates 450 trucks, over 5 million square feet of warehousing and major rail freight terminals, servicing several blue chip customers.

At our logistics depot in Crick, Northamptonshire we looking for experienced class C+E large goods vehicles drivers to join our team. We have a number of opportunities to join us on day and night shifts. Reasonable flexibility is essential as is the willingness to work additional overtime when required to cover for holidays/leave of colleagues on other teams.

Class 1 C+E licence is essential in addition to completed Driver CPC. If you do not possess the necessary licence you need not apply. This is a varied role involving nationwide delivery and collection of third party products on curtain-sided vehicles and containers. Successful candidates will have a professional attitude, good communication skills and demonstrate enthusiasm and a good work ethic.

Actual hours of work for each shift will be as requested by your own depot, taking into account all legislation in force at the time.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not essential.
