Salary: £26,000 per year+ OTE of £3,000+

My client is an established estate and lettings agency based in Leeds and Bradford. They are looking for a candidates to work on both the sales and lettings side of the business with a view to increasing company revenue whilst providing a high standard of customer service.

Some of your duties will include the following:

Extensive client liaison
Handle client queries about properties
Negotiate sales and lettings arrangements
Maintain property database
Book viewings
Ensure lettings documentation is correct
Handle admin related tasks
Support with general office duties as required

This role will contribute to the smooth running of the office and dealing with all enquiries, but also be liaising with potential clients. It will best suite an ambitious candidate with previous lettings or residential sales experience.

You will also need to have the following skills:

Strong customer service skills
Good negotiation skills
Proficient on MS Office
Clean driving licence is essential
